Friday Five already?

1. What size shoe do you wear?
7 ½ wide.

2. How many pairs of shoes do you own?
umm… 5? Maybe 6. I gave away all the ones I don’t wear.

3. What type of shoe do you prefer (boots, sneakers, pumps, etc.)?
Currently, clogs.

4. Describe your favorite pair of shoes. Why are they your favorite?
My Bass clogs, brown leather. Easy to get on and off, and so comfortable. I can slip them off while I’m driving – I’m a confirmed shoeless driver (shh – don’t tell!). Ditto in my office. But most of all, I love the way they peek out from my flared jeans! I think they remind me of when I was a teenager. They have that wide, square-toed look of Earth shoes (remember them?)

5. What’s the most you’ve spent on one pair of shoes?
Probably my current winter boots – $195. Sneakers were close – $175 I think. It’s all about the Quality, right? I’ve had the boots for 4 years – and I’ll have them for many more.

My cousin Peg is a grandmother – again! 3:30 am today, October 4th, Cayden Michael was born. “Rhonda is fine, Mike is ecstatic, and Tristan doesn’t know he’s a big brother yet – but last night he was getting toys ready for the new baby.” Congratulations to all!
