The foot or so we have here (at my house) is the first Derby-worthy snowfall of the season. Through Wednesday, Rochester was in third place with 27.5″; Buffalo in second with 28″; and Syracuse is kicking both our butts with 62.5″.
In fitness news, I’m going to keep my gawd-awful evaluation to myself. I’ll just say that there’s plenty of room for improvement. Next up: Circuit training, Sunday morning.
But the little bit of exercise I did last night certainly increased my positive energy. I came home and did ALL my laundry (yes, on a work day!), paid my bills, and had a decent-for-me dinner (bean & cheese burrito, from the Mexican place across the street), before settling in for a few rows of Fulmar. I fell asleep relatively early, and here I am up at my feel-good time of 4:30. Yay!
I’ve got a navigator for Rock Day, and directions (Rt 366 out of Ithaca, 2 lights after the airport, under the RR trestle, and it’s near the fire hall) – so it’s a go. [Still weather permitting, of course.] Carolyn and I both have Journey wheels, and my trunk is cavernous – so if anyone else wants to join us, there’s plenty of room.
